Line Manager Development programme

Certificates were presented to line managers who recently completed all three modules of the ESB Power Generation Line Manager Development Programme. Andy Kinsella, Group Manager Dublin Stations, when making the presentation, spoke of how the Line Manager Development Programme is designed to allow First Line Managers in ESB Power Generation to take their leadership, management and process skills to a new level. Enhanced skill sets in these areas will play a vital role in ESB Power Generations ability to deliver in an era of rapid change for the company and to achieve success in the competitive world of the Single Electricity Market.
