Overwhelming response to Corporate Centre Lunch & Learn

Corporate Centre hosted an action-packed Lunch & Learn event at Head Office on Tuesday, February 17th to mark ESB Sustainability Week.

The event consisted of a series of presentations by staff from ESBI Engineering & Facility Management. It generated strong interest right across Head Office, with staff from Corporate Centre, Power Generation, Shared Services and ICT Group filling the Head Office Conference Centre to capacity.

In thanking the presenters, Luke Shinnors, Executive Director Human Resources, noted the breadth and variety of topics covered - ranging from power generation to energy storage, from developing new technologies to engaging hearts and minds. "I think these presentations help to capture many of the different facets of our Sustainability Programme," he said. "They also demonstrate the energy, vitality, skills and abilities of our staff in engaging with the challenging strategic goals that we have set for ourselves."
