The ElectricAid AGM will take place on Monday April 19th at 3pm in the Conference Room at ESB Head Office, 27 Lwr Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2.

  8. Proposed Alterations to Constitution: (ElectricAid members may propose (and second) alterations to the ElectricAid constitution provided such proposals are submitted not less than two weeks in advance of the AGM to the Executive Committee who will determine their suitability for inclusion.)

Last year, 2009, was a challenging but successful year for ElectricAid. In the face of economic crisis at home and in the Developing World, our membership and revenue held up well, and we were able to fund an increased number of projects and to help thousands of people all over the world.
