ESB Customer Supply takes a bow

The Customer Supply Take a Bow Recognition Scheme was designed to allow staff pay tribute to colleagues who have gone out of their way to help customers or fellow staff. This scheme was initiated as a result of a staff survey carried out in Customer Supply in 2004 which highlighted the desirability of greater recognition for the contribution made by staff to the success of our business.

Under the Customer Supply Recognition Scheme nominees across Customer Supply are chosen for their excellence and skill in dealing with customers and fellow staff members in their daily work. The scheme is designed to reward staff who have invariably 'gone the extra mile'. The nominees are people who make ESB Customer Supply a company we are proud to work in ESB Customer Supply takes a bow and a company that customers like to deal with.

Nominees in the Customer Supply Take a Bow recognition scheme are rewarded for their ability to demonstrate ESB Customer Supply Brand Values of Reliable, Accountable, Progressive, Passionate, Integrity and a 'Can Do' attitude in their dealings with fellow colleagues or customers. The Customer Supply Take a Bow Recognition Scheme is managed by the Customer Supply Partnership Groups. A number of nominations have been received across Customer Supply. For example, three have been nominated by staff and approved by the CRM Partnership Group. Pat Philpott is working in the National Customer Contact Centre and Bob Gibbs and Jim Curran are based in CRM, Clanwilliam.
