		Line Manager Development Programme On October 17th at a function in the Abbey Court Hotel, Nenagh, Billy Menton, ESB Power Generation Group Manager Southern Stations, presented certificates to participants who have completed the Line Manager development Programme. In making the presentation Billy outlined the benefits this FLM Programme brings to the individuals own development in increasing self awareness and how the skills developed on this programme will benefit both personal and work situations. The feedback received from individuals who have completed the programme is very positive and Billy would encourage all FLM's to consider completing the programme. There are two more programmes to run in 2008 starting in January and March. If you wish to complete this programme please discuss with your Line Manager to have it added to your Individual Training and Development Plan.
