ESBI speaks at Probus retirees club Jim murray, ESBI Engineering and Facility Management, recently met with Dalkey Island Probus Club, a social group for local retirees. At the event over 40 members gathered to learn all about the international arm of ESB. The retirees club was founded in 1995 and stands for Professional and Business interests, hence the name Probus! "Our 54 strong membership is not restricted to just professional and business groups," commented Billy Kelly, member of Probus and an ESB - Distribution Department retiree. "Our group also embraces former executives of government and other organizations. We are based at Killiney Golf Club, Ballinclea Road, Killiney and we meet on Mondays at 10am. We do nothing but we do it quite well! We are privileged to have welcomed some very high caliber guest speakers, like Jim." Billy continued, "Learning all about ESBI and the market and technology developments in the energy sector, was fascinating." |
