ESB Networks Ltd Women's Learning and Networking Event
ESB Networks Ltd held its first Women's learning and networking event on 30th november in the Glandore business Centre. This event was organised by ESB Networks Ltd in conjunction with the equality & Diversity Office. The Women's learning and networking Programme is a set of five events, each with a different theme that will be rolled out over a two and a half year period. The purpose of the programme is to promote and cultivate the growth and development of women in the organisation.
The event was opened by Valerie little, HR Manager, ESB Networks Ltd. The first of the speakers was Paula King from executive Coaching Solutions. Paula's presentation was on Anchoring Positive Psychology to Your Goals and intentions. This was followed by the Talk the Walk Programme. The theme of this section was about Getting your Message seen and heard.
There were approximately 30 women at the event and the feedback was extremely positive.
