Temple Street Recycling Appeal

How you can help!

The Temple Street Recycling Appeal is a great way for people to support the children of temple Street as it does not cost a cent for you to make a massive difference. Simply by recycling old mobile phones and used printer cartridges, you can help us raise enough funds to purchase vital pieces of lifesaving equipment, such as baby incubators, ventilators and dialysis machines.

We are asking all ESB staff to support temple Street Children's Hospital by checking your drawers and presses at home for any old mobile phones that you may have lying there. By recycling them as part of the Recycling Appeal, you can help to dramatically improve the quality of equipment and facilities provided to sick and injured children in Ireland. For example, recycling one mobile phone will buy crayons and paints for one child while they stay in hospital.

With more than 125,000 young patients attending temple Street from all across Ireland the support of the staff of ESB will make a real and lasting difference to children in its care.

The money raised to date by the temple Street Recycling Appeal in 2009 is enough to purchase two baby incubators for seriously ill newborns, but we still need your support. In a few easy steps, the staff of ESB can start making a difference today and of course, supporting this appeal is also good for the environment!
