by the Road Safety Authority

third most shameful behaviour
after sexual abuse (96%) and drug
dealing (93%).

The Morning After - You May
Not Be Fit To Drive
Every week there are over 300
arrests for drink driving in
Ireland. Nowadays, most of us are
conscientious enough to do the
right thing by planning our
transportation home from a night
out, but what about the following
morning?
One way to tell if you're fit to
drive the morning after is to
estimate when you're alcohol-free.
It takes approximately 1 hour for
you to metabolise a unit of alcohol.
