		ESBIE&FM Graduation The 2006 class of ESBIE&FM's Leadership Management Development Program (LMDP) graduated in December. 19 members of staff successfully completed the one-year Diploma in Management from University of Limerick. The objective of the LMDP programme is to provide the participants with an in-depth understanding of leadership ESBIE&FM Graduation skills and general management practices in a changing international environment. The course is designed to add value to the company by exposing staff to a selected range of subject areas, by focusing on the application of knowledge and the development of individual skills and abilities as a contribution to personal and organisational effectiveness.
