ESB Customer Supply price awareness press campaign

Crm has produced a very handy Electricity Consumption Checklist to support the NCCC in answering customer queries on their bill. It is a really useful guide, showing customers not only how they can make savings in their home, but just what one unit of electricity will buy them. It is packed full of energy efficiency advice and information and gives customers a room by room guide on saving money.

An Irish guide has also been produced for our Irish speaking customers.

In addition, CRM are working with St Vincent de Paul to produce a guide, offering their customers practical information and advice to help keep their electricity costs under control.

ESB Customer Supply produced an integrated campaign to advise all customers of the recent price increase that came into effect on January 1st 2007. This campaign included a bill insert for business and residential customers and a press advertising campaign, with one advert for residential customers and one advert for business customers (right).

This press campaign ran from January 4th 2007 and continues until February 25th 2007 and contains information on:

  1. Details of the price increase and the time from which it will apply
  2. Some Energy Efficient advice with reference to sources of more detailed energy efficient information.
