		ESB Customer Supply sponsors ICA Scholarship ESB Customer Supply recently sponsored a three-day Irish Countrywomen's Association adult education scholarship in An Grianán in Co. Louth. The scholarship course was attended by 27 ICA members from ICA Guilds in all 26 counties. As part of the sponsorship, ESB Customer Supply gave a presentation on energy efficiency in the home and outlined its many other community support initiatives. As well as using the lessons learned in their own homes, those attending the course are expected to share their knowledge with their fellow ICA Guild members. ESB Customer Supply has sponsored this ICA project since 1976 and the support is greatly appreciated by ICA and features in its Annual Report. This sponsorship is a very useful vehicle of ESB Customer Supply to demonstrate its strong support for community representative groups and gives ESB Customer Supply strong positive publicity in the press. This publicity demonstrates to a much wider audience that ESB Customer Supply is a socially responsible organisation and it builds the ESB's brand in the community. Speaking at the conference launch ICA National Press officer Breda O'Hanrahan expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to ESB Customer Supply for, "Over 30 years continuous support for the ICA".
