John D. Byrne conferral

John D. Byrne (formerly of ESB Customer Supply) was recently conferred with a PhD by UCD. His doctoral research investigated customer loyalty and he acknowledges that his many years in Marketing in ESB provided an early inspiration for his special interest in this area.

Dr. John lectures in UCD and DIT and feels particularly pleased and privileged to have taught many of the children of former ESB colleagues - always among the best and brightest, he asserts!
