		Shared Services Staff Recognition Scheme One of the key elements of Shared Services Customer Service Enhancement Programme (CSEP) which was launched in October 2008 is the introduction of a Recognition Scheme for Staff to recognise excellence with the delivery of high levels of customer care. The first winners of Shared Services Staff Recognition Scheme (June – September 2008) are as follows: Overall Winner is Andrew Fingleton who wins a voucher for €250. Other winners, each of whom will receive voucher for €150, are Elizabeth O'Sullivan (Property Services), Willie Carpenter (Restaurant), Marie Brauders (Accounting Services), Denise Brennan (Payroll Services), Mary Griffin (Warranty Office), and Adrienne O'Byrne (Payroll Services). A team award of €500 goes to the Restaurant staff. Congratulations to all. Nominations for Q4 2008 will be invited shortly.
