A successful coaching workshop was held in December. The main focus was on internal coaches sharing their respective learning experiences with a view to improving their coaching practice. The formation of coaches into practice and learning TRIADS was launched by Senior Executive Coach at ESB, Paddy Stapleton, on the day.
It is planned that each TRIAD will meet every two months and this will be coordinated by the local Coaching and Mentoring Coordinator. There are now 80 professionally trained internal coaches in ESB.
