ElectricAid Ireland at Multi Media launch

ESB ElectricAid Ireland has collaborated with Headline in the production and distribution (on memory sticks) of a multi-media resource aimed at print, radio and TV journalists. The purpose of the resource is to encourage and facilitate the appropriate and responsible reporting of sensitive issues such as mental health and, in particular, suicide. At the launch, James Foley remarked that responsible reporting of suicide was much more than a "PC" issue. Accurate and appropriate reporting will save lives.
