		Line Manager Development Programme ESB POWER GENERATION At a function in the Abbey Court Hotel, Nenagh, Pat O'Doherty, Executive Director, ESB Power Generation, presented certificates to participants who have completed the Line Manager development Programme. In making the presentation Pat commented on the benefits that Personal Development brings to both the individual and to ESB Power generation. The line Manager Development Programme is a key element in Personal Development and helps prepare the business unit in meeting the challenges ahead. John O'Halloran, Operations Manager, Aghada, also attended and highlighted the benefits of the programme to Aghada. The value of the Line Manager Development course lies in the fact it complements the technical and professional skills that the line managers already have. This course gives them the full range of skills to enable them to work effectively in a competitive and challenging environment.
