Pilates in SPORTSCO starts on Wednesday, January 7th. There are intermediate level classes at 6:30pm and 8:30pm, and introductory level at 7:30pm. Lunchtime courses start on Tuesday, January 13th, with introductory level at 12:05pm and intermediate at 1:05pm. All courses run for six weeks, call 01- 6687022 to book your place.

Urban day spa in SPORTSCO opens this month. It offers therapy rooms, hamman bath, manicure/pedicure rooms and a relaxation suite.
