Tuesday 17th January
Karen Ward from RTE's Health Squad: Yoga restarts at 10-11am for 6 weeks and Weight Management restarts from 8.30-10.00pm for 6 weeks.

Thursday 19th January
Yoga Sculpt with Valerie Ward restarts for 6 weeks

Sunday 29th January
Holistic Health Day with Karen Ward from RTE's Health Squad and repeated on Sunday 19th February - consists of yoga class, body sculpt class, relaxation and meditation session, healthy eating consultation and a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi - costs €70. Book early as places are limited and interest has been huge!
