Christmas is over and at the beginning of the New Year we start to realise the effects the holiday season has had on our bodies. The question is, when do we do something about it? Try something new this year, you have nothing to lose. There is no need to sign up to expensive exercise programmes or go on a crash diet that makes you tired, sluggish and hungry. This year, ESB are offering a programme that will help individuals take nutrition and exercise plans seriously and encourage them to do something good for themselves. 'Living Well - Feeling Great' has been designed to demonstrate how we can make small but significant changes to our lifestyle, diet and exercise patterns. The aim is to help us all feel better, live better - and longer!
