New Work Management Application CMMS+ at Moneypoint

CMMS+, the upgraded work management application, was successfully implemented in Moneypoint on the 14th November. For six months the implementation team was led by Paul Farrell and included Michael McDonagh and Michael Edwards-Murphy. The Moneypoint Steering team have been working hard to prepare the existing work management data and structures for the implementation. This work included a clean-up of the existing back log, a PM review, a series of systematic tests and checks to debug the new application to tailor it for Moneypoint's complex requirements. The group at Moneypoint would like to extend their thanks to IT Solutions for their first class support and also to RMG consultants for their help and advice in training staff on the features of the new application.
