North West Retired Staff Association

The north west branch of the Retired Staff Association took to the high seas on 22nd of April. A group of 65 members travelled by ferry to Stirling in Scotland for a week-long holiday. During their stay they visited Edinburgh, Glasgow, took a boat trip on Loch Lomond, toured the Highlands around Pitlochry (Baile Chloichridh) and nearby Queen's View and travelled on the famous Falkirk Wheel. Each evening concluded with a mixture of Scottish and Irish music and song. Everyone really enjoyed the week and the problem now arises: Where can we go to surpass the trip to Stirling?.
