Launch of Fleadh Nua Festival 2007
Frank Whelan, Engineering Officer with ESB Networks in Ennis, is Chairman of Fleadh Nua, a traditional music festival that has been held annually in Ennis, Co. Clare since 1974.
It is a week long festival with more than 70 events including: concerts, ceili's, stage shows, street entertainment and lots more. You can see the full programme of events on www.fleadhnua.com.
ESB Networks are loyal supporters of Fleadh Nua. This year through the co-operation of manager Senan Colleran, Frank secured major sponsorship for the Celebrity concert, which was held in Glór Ennis.
