ESB Customer Supply spreads the Energy Efficiency message amongst school children ESB Customer Supply recently presented a primary school in each province with laptop computers for their participation in Energy Challenge. Energy Challenge is an interactive CD that was produced earlier in the year by the Curriculum Development Unit, Mary Immaculate College Limerick and ESB Customer Supply. The aim of the CD is to introduce young children to the benefits of being energy efficient in the home and to how they can become active participants in the Energy Challenge. The take-up from schools has been fantastic, to date some 4,000 CDs have been distributed to schools all over the country. The four winning schools were:

Kilkenny NS is a small two teacher school with just 17 children. They won a Green
Flag in 2006 for their role in the Environment. |
