Celebrations on the double for staff at Lough Ree Power

The staff at Lough Ree Power enjoyed a night of double celebrations on Friday June 16th when they got together at the Hodson Bay Hotel to mark both the winning of the Tidy Stations Award and Long Service Awards to staff. MC for the night was HR Manager Joe Dooley, who welcomed the guests. Pat Treanor, Station Manager, said that the station was just over a year in operation and to win such a prestigious award was an indication of the team work and dedication that was part of Lough Ree Power.

Newly appointed Group Manager for Peat/Hydro and Moneypoint, Luke Shinnors, said he was delighted to be present to acknowledge the effort and hard work put in by the staff at LRP and to congratulate the staff who were recipients of Long Service Awards. The event was organised by Geraldine Madden and Pauline Casey, who ensured that a great night was enjoyed by everyone present. EM
