ESB GAA Quiz prize-winners presentation of prizes

The winners of the ESB GAA quiz in March and April editions of EM were guests at a lunch in Head Office hosted by John Power, Head of Corporate Affairs.

The competition winners (who coincidentally all hailed from ESB's Customer Supply Division), were Honor O'Brien of Customer Supply Wilton in Cork, who is a member of St. Patrick's Ladies Football Club in Co. Waterford; Kevin Molloy, Customer Supply in Sligo, who is a member of St. Mary's GAA Club in Sligo and is Chairperson of the Club's Bord na nOg, and Martin Teehan, Customer Supply Chain, Nenagh/Roscrea, who is a member of Coolderry GAA in Offaly and Treasurer of the Club's Lotto Committee.

The winners each received a cheque for €100 and a ‘Presentation Kit Pack' for their Club, consisting of water bottles, training bibs, First Aid kit and/or footballs and sliotars.

Also in attendance were Paddy Stapleton, ESB GAA President, John O'Riordan, Treasurer ESB GAA, Brid Tunney, Manager Corporate Events and former ESB and Offaly football legend Sean Lowry. Unfortunately ESB GAA Secretary/Chairman Colum Grogan was unavailable on the day.
