Paddy Stapleton receives Coaching and Mentoring Diploma

Paddy stapleton, who has recently taken up an appointment as Senior Executive Coach, has been awarded with a Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring.

Coaching is a proven means by which more potential can be unlocked from people within an organisation to achieve higher levels of career and business performance. By working confidentially in a systematic way the coach helps the manager to identify key work challenges, define goals, identify perceived obstacles, put in place an action plan and then stay on track.

A coach operates in both a challenging and a supportive role. Coaching is an investment by the company in the manager's future and is a recognition of the increasing demands placed on managers to further improve performance whilst coping with the growing pace of change.
