Coaching Supervision for the internal coaches in ESB

Aworkshop for internal coachers in ESB was held recently in Croke Park. Coaching Supervision is primarily concerned with ensuring a high standard of coaching through a process of shared learning and peer review. It Coaching Supervision for the internal coaches in ESB helps coaches to identify their development needs and improve their overall approach and methodology.

The Croke Park workshop also provided a networking and sounding board opportunity for all the internal coaches whilst maintaining client confidentially as a priority. The overall aim is to match the standard of external coaches

The workshop was facilitated by Ms. Paula King, Executive Coaching Solutions.There are now 60 trained internal coaches in ESB who carry out coaching assignments in addition to their ongoing responsibilities.
