Board Members visit Derrybrien
Pictured above are a number of ESB Board Members, who with Hibernian Wind Power staff, recently visited Derrybrien Windfarm in Co. Galway. The site visit is part of a general program of familiarisation with various business units and technologies in ESB, and HWP were delighted to have the Board visit and see the windfarm in its full glory. As well as touring the site, the members were given a short presentation including a brief introduction to wind technology and a summary of the Project construction activities.
The scale of the site was remarked on by all and the members were impressed to see it all now fully operational.
