ESB Customer Supply Safety Booklet Launched

When it comes to the subject of safety, ESB Customer Supply's goal is to provide our customers with useful and digestible information on the safe use of electricity in and around the home. This presents quite a challenge given the sheer volume of safety information available and the fact that electrical safety may not always be perceived as the most interesting subject from a customer viewpoint.

Over the last year or so we have expanded the safety resources available, have aimed to provide timely and relevant safety communications (for example garden safety advice in summer, safety for older people during winter, a dedicated Energy at Home) and now we have produced a comprehensive guide to home safety.

ESB Customer Supply receives frequent requests for safety material so this booklet is an important customer resource. It reflects ESB's brand values and guidelines and also replaces some older safety publications which had become outdated in presentation. Focus on Safety has been produced in dual Irish/English thus satisfying our Official Language Act (OLA) obligations.
