Montenegro, south of Croatia, is a land with long stretches of sandy and pebbled coastline and stunning mountain scenery. Budva is an old medieval city encircled by walls. Becici has one of the nicest beaches and is just 3k south of Budva- see pages 82 to 85 of the 2006 Concorde Travel brochure. The euro is the official currency.

Provisional Flight Times:
1. Depart Cork on 20 May at 17.45, arrive Tivat 22.20; depart Tivat on 3 June at 15.00, arrive Cork at 17.25. It might be the return flight to Cork will be from Dubrovnik, but hopefully it will be Tivat.

2. Depart Dublin on 21 May at 12.15 hrs, arrive Tivat 16.40, depart Dubrovnik 4 June at 9.00 hrs, arrive Dublin at 11.15 hrs.

Price per person sharing: €760 to include half board (bed & breakfast, evening meal) in the 4-star Queen of Montenegro Hotel; return flights Dublin or Cork; transfers to & from airport/hotel.

Insurance: the insurance firm used by Concorde Travel has the following premiums: €20 pp for persons up to 69 years; €30 pp 70 to 74 years; €40 pp 75 to 79 years.
Applicants or those close to them, who have suffered ailments in the last 18 months and whose holidays as a result might be cancelled or cut short, should phone 01 6619133 to check confirmation of cover. This applies to heart or circulation conditions, lung or breathing conditions other than well controlled, mild asthma, suffered in isolation, all cancers.

The insurance premium should be included in your deposit payment to ESB Travelco. Alternatively, ESB staff might wish to seek a quote from ESB Insurance Services (phone 01 7026795/ 7026900). In which case, the premium is paid direct to ESB. Some may have cover from Visa or elsewhere. Payment: €200 person plus insurance premium by 14 March; the balance, including tax, by 12 April. EM
