The Finglas Eleven are free!

At the end of 2005 a total of 11 people based in St Margarets Road, Finglas, left Customer Supply. This group became known as the Finglas Eleven and included the following: Paddy Dempsey, Joe Slater, Maura Kelly, Fredricka Keogh, Mary Moran, Eilish Heraty, Doreen O’Sullivan, Ann Fleming, Joan Douglas, Ger Collins and Catherine Kavanagh. Between the group there was over 300 years of dedicated service to ESB which covered a wide range of areas within ESB. Many tributes were paid to the group on the night where key events happening in both ESB and in Ireland were regaled during the presentations. A function to mark the departure of the group was attended by a large circle consisting of family, friends and colleagues and was held in the Holiday Inn on Friday 20th January.
