A week in the life - Seamus Finn

What is your typical week?
My work varies from week to week but involves the following:

• Administration of Maximo which is the work management system that we use here in the new peat stations
• Tracking and reporting Key Performance indicators (K.P.I's)
• Radiological Protection Officer for Lough Ree Power
• Organising and recording Statutory insurance inspections
• Various other duties from Planning work to purchasing I am presently attending a Certificate Course in Safety, Health & Welfare at work. This is done via a satellite link from UCD to Athlone each Friday Morning

What are your interests outside of work?
Photography and I absolutely love Classic Cars.

If you won the lotto what would you do?
Spend some of it on a brand new Lexus…and a couple of vintage and classic cars, give some of it to charity and give the rest of it to my family. Might even buy a decent car for my colleague Liam Doyle!

If you had the opportunity of a career change, what would it be?
I am happy enough with my present career but maybe in another life running my own showrooms for classic cars.
