Respect and Dignity for the Individual in ESB

Prevention of bullying, harassment and sexual harassment, 'Respect and Dignity for the Individual in ESB', has recently been revised and updated. The revised policy now includes the definitions of Harassment and Sexual Harassment, which were updated under The Equality Act 2004. Changes have also been made to the appeals mechanism with the introduction of time guidelines.
