ESB Customer Supply launches updated behaviour-based auditing training

Behavioural-style safety auditing has been an essential part of safety leadership in Customer Supply, with Dupont Safety Resources delivering the initial programme of Safety Management Audit training to line managers and safety personnel. With changes in personnel, coupled with the experience and learning gained from completing these coaching style audits, there was a need to update and repeat this training throughout Customer Supply

An updated refresher training course for coaching-style auditing - customised to the needs of Customer Supply - has recently been developed by Catheriona Marron, Safety Coordinator and Ronan Collier, Safety and Health Manager.

This short and practical course takes only five hours and will give participants an understanding of the skills required as well as providing hands-on practice at auditing.
