Magnificent music for ESB Customer Supply’s Bill Delivery Survey winner

Back in august 2007 ESB Customer Supply's Billing Team ran their annual survey to measure the length of time it took An Post to deliver ESB bills to customers. This was part of the team’s on-going efforts to improve ESB Customer Supply‘s billing service.

A bill insert, posted to 15,000 randomly selected customers, asked customers to record the number of days it had taken for their bill to be delivered. A chance to win a fabulous Phillips music system was offered as an incentive to encourage customers to complete the survey and proved very worthwhile.

There was a great response and the results of the survey will be communicated over the coming few weeks.

The draw for the music system was held on the September 28th and the winner was Thomas Woodcock from Bray.
