The Cork office enjoys an excellent reputation in the area with a number of key clients, including ESB Networks. Now six years on, with a turnover in the region of €4.5million, business is set to grow significantly and to accommodate this, the office is being relocated to a larger premises nearby. Located in Eastgate Business Park in Little Island, the new premises is ideally situated on the main Cork to Waterford road, 10 minutes east of the city with easy access to the airport, train station and N8. The new facility is set to be completed by the end of the year, providing additional desk space for the expanding business including meeting rooms and a fully serviced canteen. The majority of staff in Cork work for the ESBI Engineering and Facility Management Business in the areas of Engineering, Systems, Design and Resources (EDSR); Asset Management and Key Accounts. The office will also house a small architectural practice, part of ESBI's Building Consultancy Group (BCG), which is a project area set to grow in the future. "The move will be key to expanding our business in the south of the country," said Office Manager Mark Lyons. "We've built strong relationships with ESB Networks staff in the Munster region and further afield, built on a record of delivery over the past few years. Our space limitation restricted us from expanding our teams, but this relocation will enable us to confidently meet the demand for our services and assist in commercial growth." |
