Easi-travel plan 2009

The easi-travel Plan is now available to ESB staff for 2009.

ESB purchases Annual Travel Tickets on behalf of staff and gives them as part of a remuneration package.Staff eligible for a nonsuperannuatable lump sum (e.g. Out of Profit Payment) can opt to have a portion of this lump sum assigned for the purpose of buying an annual Bus/Rail or Luas ticket.

These tickets issue in January of each year, and are valid for the 12 months commencing from 1st February in the same year. Annual Bus/Luas tickets and Annual DART/Luas tickets are available under the Easi-travel scheme this year. Staff wishing to avail of the scheme for 2009 must apply by Sunday, December 7th 2008.

  • Leaving your car at home and taking an alternative transport option such as public transport, is of significant benefit to the environment.
