GradIreland careers fair

ESB featured in the GradIreland Graduate Careers Fair at the RDS on Tuesday, October 14th. The stand featured the engineering opportunities available throughout ESB Group.

10 of our recently hired engineers took part in the event. Those involved were: Liam Lawlor, ESB Power Generation, Paul Moynihan, Louise Lynch, Michael Conry, Daragh Conlan, Robert Scott, Adelina Henderson, Paul Hogan, ESBI, John Emerson, ESB Networks, and Billy Condon, ESB Customer Supply.Apart from promotional material distributed at the stand, there was a presentation on the company's 2020 strategy and a continuous showing of a video clip, taken from the www.careersportal.ie website, that features Billy Condon and his role in ESB Customer Supply.

The presentation and video clip ensured that, while waiting to speak with any of the engineers on duty, graduates were gaining access to relevant information. There was great interest in ESB's commitment to sustainability, the planned investment of €22 billion towards becoming carbon neutral and the technologies that are being developed to achieve that target.
