Customer Supply Postal Delivery Survey
As a result of a number of complaints received from customers on the late delivery of their electricity bills, a recent survey, organised by Noreen Kelly, Customer Billing, was carried out.
The survey measured the delivery service being provided to Billing and Payments by An Post. Fourteen thousand customers nationwide were randomly surveyed over a period of two weeks. Over ten percent of customers replied with very valuable customer information. All customers who completed the survey were automatically entered in a free competition for a Philips wide screen TV. The lucky winner was Mr. Liam Brennan of Carrigaline, Co Cork.
