ESB AGM approves 2006 Accounts
The annual general Meeting of the ESB Shareholders took place in the Conference Centre of ESB Head Office on Thursday 13th September. The meeting was attended by shareholder representatives including the ESB ESOP, Government Departments and the Board of ESB. The AGM approved the financial accounts for 2006.
