ElectricAid OctoberFest Coming your way, 12th-16th October!
Every two years or so, ElectricAid makes a big effort to raise funds, recruit new members – and have some fun! In these troubled economic times, getting more money, more members and having more fun is even more important.
Like most charities, ElectricAid’s membership and financial growth has stalled – while the needs of the people we serve are even more acute. Our applications for aid are running 20% up on last year’s record level – and our ability to respond to desperate human need is reduced. We are becoming more and more limited in the amount and extent we can help excellent, life-giving projects - simply because we don’t have the money.
The OctoberFest programme of events is being run all over ESB to raise cash, to encourage new members and to have fun along the way. Take a look below at what we have planned so far. Thank you in advance for all your support and generosity.
